Evangelista Cyborg Has a Huge, Horrifying Dent in His Head

Saturday at Bellator 158, Michael Page knocked out Evangelista Cyborg, and even if you didn’t have access to an X-ray machine, you could tell Cyborg’s head had … lost structural integrity. Heads aren’t supposed to have dents.
But now there is an X-ray of the damage and man is it gnarly.
