Atlanta Falcons free agent rookie signing Torrey Green is still under investigation for three different sexual assaults while at Utah State, according to TMZ. The team released Green after that report went public.

According to TMZ, Green is being investigated by the Cache County Attorney’s Office for multiple assaults between January and November of 2015. Two of them involve allegations of rape. A third involves a woman claiming that Green groped her several times against her will.

The woman in the first incident went to police right away, and claimed that Green said to her, “You aren’t the kinda girl that would report rape? Because that would ruin my career.” Green told the cops the woman was lying and that he stopped sexual advances when she “hesitated.”

The district attorney’s office has not made a final decision on charges.
