Olympic Village Hotel Stairwell Adds Simple, Yet Unexpected Waterfall Feature

Zdeněk Štybar, a Czech cyclist, posted this video last night showing an indoor waterfall in the stairwell of one of the Olympic Village hotels / dorms. Since it wasn’t raining in Rio last night, this means there was a bit of a leak. So there is water where there shouldn’t be and no water where there should be.
