Arizona head coach Rich Rodriguez and AD Greg Byrne announced that Wildcats offensive lineman Zach Hemmila passed away in his sleep last night. No further details were given on the cause of death.
Hemmila, a senior, started six games last season and was competing to be a starter at center in 2016. He was a four-star recruit coming out of high school in 2012.
