LeBron James Has Taken His Kermit Sipping Tea Hat to Another Level

Reigning NBA Finals MVP and current free agent LeBron James has a new hat. It’s an updated version of the Kermit Sipping Tea hat he wore before Game 7 against the Golden State Warriors and during the Cavaliers’ triumphant return to Cleveland. Kermit has evidently had his fill of tea and moved on to kissing the Larry O’Brien trophy.

It’s definitely a cool hat. Amateur psychologists could also suggest it’s a statement by James that he’s still the king despite Golden State’s addition of Kevin Durant and all the attention that signing has rightly received.

Hey, the dog days of August can be light on motivation. Good for LeBron for dipping into his seemingly bottomless vat of disrespect.
