Human Gets Tattoo of Michael Phelps Death Stare

Michael Phelps made a menacing face in rival swimmer Chad Le Clos’ direction. The #phelpsface meme went viral. This happened a few days ago. Most people have moved onto the next shiny thing.

One person, however, will have a permanent reminder of a face Phelps made in 2016 thanks to an enormous leg tattoo. The artwork was done at Chronic Ink in Toronto so there’s a chance the customer was a Canadian who just really loves the internet.
