Manchester United had its new firepower on display Friday as the team’s two big offseason signings played together for the first time. It was a successful debut, as the Red Devils topped Southampton 2-0 at Old Trafford.

Paul Pogba made his return to Manchester United, and fellow offseason pickup Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored twice in the victory. Despite a shaky first touch with the club, Pogba settled in and had a solid performance.

Meanwhile, Zlatan slotted home two more goals, giving him three in his first two Barclays Premiere League matches, and four in his first three matches at his new club.
