Everything seems to be going right for the Cleveland Indians this year. So perhaps it’s no surprise that they got back-to-back home runs from Jose Ramirez and Tyler Naquin in the ninth inning to stun the Toronto Blue Jays Friday night. Ramirez’s shot cleared the fence. Naquin’s did not, which only made it more exciting.
