Usain Bolt in the 100m or a Guy Doing a Rubik's Cube?

I’m somewhat skeptical that this bearded gentleman could do a rubik’s cube that quickly. Are we 100% sure he didn’t set this up?
Even if he did, the speed in which he finishes this rubik’s cube is faster than Usain Bolt winning the 100m race at the Olympics. That’s got to be worth something, right?
