AJ Green just scored points with fathers all around the country.

Moms, too.

Green, one of the best receivers in the NFL, told the media this week that his wife is set to give birth in September, and he will certainly miss a game if his baby is born on game day.

"The bigger question then became what would happen should he need to go to the hospital for the birth on a game day this year. The Bengals host Denver on Sept. 25 and Miami on Thursday night, Sept. 29. No debate for No. 18. “I can’t play,” he said. “First one, definitely. I want to be there.”"

This is a no-brainer. Your child’s birth and celebrating it with your family > a football game. Fantasy football owners might be disappointed, but deal with it. So what if he could miss a pivotal AFC game that has an impact on playoff positioning – this is significantly more important.
Please do not be that guy who says Green is making the wrong decision. You will just sound stupid.
