Jameis Winston Inspired Florida State With Fiery Halftime Speech

Jameis Winston knows how to fire up a team. The former Florida State quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner was on hand to watch his former team take on Ole Miss Monday night. At halftime, with the Seminoles trailing 28-13, Winston gave a speech that got the squad pumped.

Florida State left the locker room and promptly scored 23-straight points to take a 39-28 lead. Then they finished off the Rebels with a 45-34 win.

Sure, it wasn’t Al Pacino in “Any Given Sunday,” but that’s a pretty dang good halftime speech. “We some dogs. We ain’t no puppies,” is a great line.
