The Washington Spirit hosted the Seattle Reign in a National Women’s Soccer League game on Wednesday night. Megan Rapinoe, who plays for the Reign, had planned to kneel during the National Anthem, as she did during her previous game, in a show of support of Colin Kaepernick. Well, the Spirit put a stop to Rapinoe by playing the National Anthem ahead of schedule while both teams were still in the locker room.
