The year is 2011. Trick shots are all the rage. MGMT’s “Kids” is a relatively hot jam. Carson Wentz is a 19-year-old freshman at North Dakota State University. In just a few short years he’ll be the starting quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles, a man tasked with turning around a proud franchise.
For now, though, there is a different focus. Wentz and his crew must make a corny video portraying themselves as GARBShotz, a budget version of Dude Perfect.
And they nail it. They nail it so hard.
Haters may say it’s fake but this is nothing more than highly-tuned trick shot enthusiasts operating at the highest level.
