Clemson WR Ray Ray McCloud returned a punt return to the house, almost. He casually dropped it before crossing the goal line in the dumbest recurrent play in football. The answer to this epidemic is clearly to reintroduce spiking into the college game.
That drop could be significant. Clemson leads Troy by only three points at halftime.
