ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter has built his reputation on breaking stories before his competitors. He had a significant advantage in being first with the scoop he dropped this morning — his own knee surgery.
Initial online reaction to Schefter’s torn meniscus did not include an outpouring of concern or well wishes. It was mostly just dudes pointing out that “probable” is no longer a distinction on NFL injury reports.
