Atlanta Braves’ first baseman Freddie Freeman and his wife were expecting a child this week. The waiting turned into acting during Wednesday night’s game against the Miami Marlins. Freeman was seen springing into action upon learning his life had gone into labor, sprinting out of the home dugout and down into the clubhouse.

Priorities, man. They are important to define.

He then presumably continued on to a local hospital. I don’t think the birth plan included a clubhouse delivery.

Freeman and his wife are expecting a boy and revealed as much with an exploding baseball.
