Daniel Berger Delivers Perfect Response to Justin Thomas Tweet About East Lake

Justin Thomas is playing in the TOUR Championship for the first time in his career and Daniel Berger is playing in his second Tour Championship since turning pro last year. Both players were invited to Hazeltine to join Bubba Watson and a few others for a Ryder Cup team practice.

Maybe that trip helped build a little camaraderie between Berger and Thomas, who are both attempting to play their way into the final captain’s pick because after Thomas tweeted how perfect East Lake Golf Club is, Berger came back at him with a perfect response.

Both Thomas and Colt Knost seemed quite surprised that Berger had that in him.

Will Thomas or Berger be on the Ryder Cup team? I sure hope so, but we have to wait until Sunday to find out.
