Les Miles Fired by LSU, Ed Orgeron Offered Interim Job

Les Miles has been fired by LSU according to multiple reports. LSU has also fired offensive coordinator Cam Cameron. The firing comes after the Tigers managed to somehow win and lose a game on the road to Auburn all in the last 0:01 of the fourth quarter.

Miles was on the hottest of hot seats at the end of the 2015 season and was rumored to be on his way out until halftime of the Arkansas game when it was announced he would return for the 2016 season.

Where LSU goes from here is still up for debate. Jimbo Fisher was rumored to be headed to LSU until the announcement that Miles would return was made. Tom Herman should also be a potential candidate. The Tigers will have multiple options.

Ed Orgeron will take over for the rest of the season.
