VIDEO: Greg Jennings and Charles Tillman Chide Fans Who Think Athletes Should Miss Childbirths

Greg Jennings and Charles Tillman sat down with the folks from Just Not Sports, and made a video about how their memories from the births of their children outweigh their accomplishments on the football field. If you’ll recall, there was a relative controversy at the time when Tillman said he’d miss a Bears game against the Texans in 2012 if he had to.

Bengals receiver A.J. Green recently expressed similar sentiments, but did not miss any action because his son was born last Wednesday.

Though the stance Jennings and Tillman are taking in the video will undoubtedly draw the ire of some devout fantasy football players, it seems to be less and less controversial as society marches on.
