Bubba Watson Gave an Emotional Interview After the U.S. Won the Ryder Cup

Bubba Watson wasn’t chosen as a captain’s pick by for the Ryder Cup by Davis Love III, but he asked to be an assistant captain on the team. Watson was the highest-ranked golfer in the official rankings to not make the team.

Both Zach Johnson and Brandt Snedeker mentioned Bubba Watson in their post-Ryder Cup interviews and Watson gave an emotional interview after the victory, in which he said this win means more to him than any other in his career.

Love him or hate him, Bubba wanted to be a part of the history and his friends all wanted him there, so he was.
