Brock Osweiler had the worst half of his Texans’ career against the Vikings, which is a very low bar to get under. He has only 54 yards passing and none of the completions have gone to either Will Fuller or DeAndre Hopkins.

The Texans are lucky to be down only 24-6 at the half, as they didn’t get a first down, other than by penalty, until right before the half. That has Osweiler frustrated, as can be seen above, where he slammed his fist down in frustration while talking to head coach Bill O’Brien, and then had some choice words for what was going on.

Reminder: Osweiler was paid $18 million a year this offseason by Houston after making 7 starts with Denver last year. His yards per attempt in Houston is now at 6.04 including this game, and DeAndre Hopkins, who had 111 catches a year ago, has 17 through 4.5 games this year with Osweiler at QB.
