John Lackey Couldn't Believe He Was Being Pulled

Chicago Cubs pitcher John Lackey is a fiery guy. He started tonight’s Game 4 against the Los Angeles Dodgers — a must-win situation. So he was understandably intense during his outing, especially in the bottom of the fifth inning when he was pulled by Joe Maddon after walking two men to lead off the inning.

Lackey’s sentiment should be perfectly clear to even the worst lip reader.

Reliever Mike Montgomery ended up allowing the runners he inherited from Lackey to score, but the Cubs currently lead, 6-2.
