Stephen Curry had his first real offensive outburst of the 2015-2016 season on Tuesday night. After a quiet first half, Curry outscored the Portland Trail Blazers, 23-20, in the 3rd quarter in a 23-point Warriors win.

With the Warriors up 6 with 9:30 remaining in the 3rd, Curry made his first shot of the quarter. By the time the quarter ended he had scored 23 points and the Warriors were up 28. Curry went 8/12 in the quarter, making 5 three-pointers and completing two three-point plays.

As for his teammates, Klay Thompson took the second-most shots (17) and scored 14. Kevin Durant had 20 points on 15 shots. Draymond Green stuffed the box score with 6 points, 9 assists, 8 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks. Zaza Pachulia was present. The Warriors are now 3-1. They’re poised to have the most successful “figuring it out” period in basketball history.
