Charlie Strong Has NOT Been Fired Yet By Texas Per Reports
By Ty Duffy

Charlie Strong lost to Kansas. Most expect Texas will let Strong go in the near future. But, despite a preliminary report from a Dallas TV producer, multiple college football reporters have confirmed that Texas has not fired Charlie Strong yet.
I'm told report of Charlie Strong already being fired is not accurate. Those conversations have not been had at this point, per source.

I am told by multiple sources this report is incorrect. Strong has not been fired. Tomorrow is another day, of course, but not now. https://t.co/0eRT6hQwpD

According to Brett McMurphy, Strong “is expected to” coach Texas’ final game against TCU next week.
