Todd Graham and Arizona State have a reputation for stealing other teams’ signals. Chris Petersen and his Washington Staff were taking no risks, screening their signals from the opposing sideline.
Again, the purpose of signals is to mask what you’re doing from the other team. If the other team can decipher the signals, that’s on you.
