Rob Gronkowski Having Back Surgery, Season Probably Over

Rob Gronkowski’s season could be over. Gronk will reportedly have back surgery tomorrow on a ruptured disc and his season is effectively over. Pro Football Talk says he’s out “indefinitely” which Vic Carucci of the Buffalo news says he’ll be out eight weeks which would be through the end of January. Gronkowski missed week 11 with a perforated lung. He returned in week 12, but left the game after hurting his back.
