J.R. Smith, Kyrie Irving and LeBron James teamed up to turn defense into offense. The exchanged ended with an emphatic dunk by James over Toronto’s Pascal Siakam but — luckily for Cavaliers fans — didn’t end in a serious injury. Nice to see such ferocious effort in an early-December first quarter. Guess it’s never to early to practice not falling into a 3-1 hole.
