Sean McVay Was Shocked By Jay Gruden's Waistline: "how much have you lost?"

Today’s Washington-Los Angeles game reunited Sean McVay with his former boss, Jay Gruden. Gruden’s team came out on top, and McVay was genuinely excited to see Gruden and comment on his appearance, expressing amazement at Gruden’s waistline.

Reminder that Sean McVay is the youngest coach in the NFL and has yet to hit 40, so he will find out just how hard it is to maintain that figure (or so we’ve heard.)
