Mike Mitchell is on a roll, so don’t you dare interrupt him. The Pittsburgh Steelers safety went off on the NFL during a media session on Thursday. Mitchell’s main point concerned the league’s policy on fines and suspensions for hits, but his rant went all over the place.

Mitchell moved around from talking about hits and turning the league into “flag football,” to the players needing new leadership for the next collective bargaining agreement negotiations, to Roger Goodell. He even threw in a bit about his charity work.

This was wonderful:

Preach, Mike!
