Damontre Moore, who was released by the Cowboys in October after raising his fist during the national anthem, was also involved in a street brawl a few days before his release. (Jason Garrett answered, “no” to a question about whether the anthem protest or anything else led to his release; Moore was cut to make room for Mike Nugent.)

As always, the video was discovered by TMZ. It presumably comes in at least after the confrontation has begun verbally, and shows Moore getting punched in the face and then retaliating. He appears to be fighting multiple men, at one point getting hit in a headlock.

Toward the end of the video, some of Moore’s adversaries were driving away and Moore jumped on top of the car and tried to continue the fight through the sunroof. At this point, it sounds like a gunshot may have been fired, but thankfully it did not appear as though anyone was hit.
