Phil Kessel Brings Young Woman to Tears

Phil Kessel, noted hot dog enthusiast and Stanley Cup champion, made a fan’s life on Monday night. Kessel signed a stick for a young fan in Colorado who attended the Penguins – Avalanche game with a sign saying all she wanted for Christmas was just that. This is a good reminder that Kessel elicits strong feelings from fans all over the world.

Kessel missed all four of his shots on goal on Monday night and the Penguins lost. He also didn’t appear to take a picture with the girl. Hopefully, this didn’t ultimately ruin Christmas.
