Tony Romo Declares Tiger Woods is Back

It’s now official that Tiger Woods is back. During the Sunday broadcast of the Patriots-Bills game, Tony Romo made it official that Tiger is BACK!

Woods has played in one tournament since undergoing a spinal fusion and so far it seems he plans to start his season at the Genesis Open.
