“Sumo’s enfant terrible Asashoryu, one of the sport’s most successful wrestlers despite a career dogged by scandal and controversy, has quit amid claims that he drunkenly attacked a man outside a Tokyo nightclub.” [Independent] Read the rest of this entry »
ESPN’s Ron Jaworski took part in a football clinic for kids yesterday at the NFL Youth Education Town in Fort Lauderdale. He apparently misses football, or strongly disapproves of shaggy hair.
Shorty after dropping this youngster for a five-yard loss, Jaws celebrated the herculean effort by riding the Gatorade blocking pad like a horse for a good twenty minutes, and then breaking down the replay in the NFL Match-Up studio for approximately six hours.                                   Read the rest of this entry »
San Diego Super Chargers: "The manager of a well known strip club in the San Diego area named "Pure Platinum" called in this afternoon around 1:00 PM Pacific time to alert host John Cantera that at least eight Chargers were at his strip club into the early hours of the morning less that 36 hours before the game with the Jets on Sunday." Agree with the blogger - and Colin Cowherd, who talked about this earlier - this isn't the worst thing in the world. Or even the second. That being said, it'd be swell if the Colts' did the same thing Friday night in Indy. Might we recommend the Brass (NSFW) Flamingo? [Funk Football] (26)
Three Mississippi football recruits – Jameon Lewis, Jay Hughes and Robert Johnson – visited Starkville this weekend. Guess what the first thing each of them did upon returning home? Write on their facebook about a trip to ‘The Pony,’ Starkville’s best (only?) strip club. Its website is under construction, unfortunately. But this NSFW site says that ‘The Pony’ is only a topless joint and lap dances run $40. Steep. But hey, boasting on facebook about strip visits is much better than, you know, weapons and money. Golf Blind Item: "WHICH well-liked pro golfer once switched sponsors because he needed several million dollars in hush money? Seems he knocked up a stripper while playing at the Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio, and had to pay her off to keep their love child a secret. For those of you who feel like playing detective, here's the county club's wiki. A name is likely to jump out at you on that link. (Page Six) (56)
Former NFL QB Mike Vick had been in prison for 19 months before being released into federal custody in May. Monday, he was released from federal custody. What was the first thing Vick did? The former Falcons QB went to Atlantis strip club in Virginia Beach, Virginia, according to a source who spotted him at the club and a DJ at the jiggle joint who did not want to be quoted by name. Vick was partying with NBA free agent Allen Iverson, the source and DJ both said. [Update: Vick denied visiting a strip club, saying he was "out of town." The AP reported that earlier in the week, he was in Richmond. It's a two hour drive from Va. Beach to Richmond.] Read the rest of this entry »
Michael Phelps like strippers? Threesomes? Juggling multiple women? Chewing tobacco? Poker? Bong hits? Oh, and he’s a multi-millionaire, and only turns 24 next month. That’s livin’ the dream. Read the rest of this entry »
Finding a decent picture of this woman was quite a chore. We highly recommend not googling her at work. If you accidentally click “video” instead of “news” the IT folks will be at your desk within seconds.
