Vindication for Cuban? The SEC is looking into misconduct by its own agents, relating to Mark Cuban's insider trading case.  The SEC sued Cuban last November, accusing him of using insider information before selling his six percent share of Mamma.com.  Cuban filed a lawsuit last week, claiming the SEC did not respond to his Freedom of Information Act request. Chris Webber (”Don’t ever point at my mother like that”) and Charles Barkley (”Mark’s lucky he’s not from the ghetto, we woulda whipped his ass”) lit into Mark Cuban last night on TNT, and after the Mavericks had prolonged the Western Conference semis by beating the Nuggets, 119-117, Cuban penned an apology to Kenyon Martin’s mom.
