Vindication for Cuban? The SEC is looking into misconduct by its own agents, relating to Mark Cuban's insider trading case. The SEC sued Cuban last November, accusing him of using insider information before selling his six percent share of Mamma.com. Cuban filed a lawsuit last week, claiming the SEC did not respond to his Freedom of Information Act request. (WSJ) (24)
