TBL, for the love of God, stay away from Ole Miss. Nutt’s Arkansas teams always had a “Gosh, we’re happy to be here so let’s just have some fun” vibe in bowl games. I think his bowl record is 2-5. Texas Tech has had time to heal up and will want to show why they’re one of the top five teams in the country. A big win would probably insure a top five finish, which is still a huge deal in Lubbock. Tech giving less than 10 is a pretty safe bet.

Fetch- US got tired at the end but it seemed to me that the refs decided that the US wasn’t going to get a PP no matter what happened in that third period.

Canada won. It was tough to see too much of the action but they don’t look that much better than the US team. Looks like the gold medal game matchup to me.

Fetch- From NJ, just love hockey and now I live in LA so I don’t get to watch much due to a variety of factors. I am excited for the Classic tomorrow though and am watching this Juniors game..

TBL – I understand but you still didn’t answer the question. My guess would be USC-Ohio State and USC-Oregon State and that’s about it. I was also never saying that Oregon should be a top 10 team. But I don’t think it is a stretch to say that Oregon is right now one of the best teams in the country. They lost a few games so they shouldn’t be ranked in the top ten (i guess) but if you knew their situation you can understand why they were playing much better in the last third of the season. I hate hate UO but have to acknowledge they are playing like an elite team. You didn’t even watch the Holiday Bowl?!

awesome. i get out of the shower and it’s 35-3, LSU.

QQ – i did not watch every game of any conference this season. i watched games that were on TV as often as possible. so basically, all you’re saying is that in its last four games, Oregon was dominant? it rolled up big yardage offense against a couple of bowl-bound teams. sure, that’s a fact. bummer that nobody is judged on 1/3 of a season.
