I don’t care who Greinke is facing. The guy has an arsenal. His confidence in spotting his fastball is insane. He has no issue throwing a 3-2 fastball on the outside corner at the knees instead of grooving it across the plate. And his curveball is fantastic. The Tigers lineup is not as potent as years past, but they still have a pretty decent corp of hitters, and Greinke just owned them all night.

KC – Jackson’s line from last night was good, but not good enough. Yes, the errors were huge but all Greinke needed was two runs.

Yeah Greinke only pitches against the bad teams. Totally his fault. I say we keep the cy award from him if he continues to win against bad teams.

It should be renamed the CRY award and just given to the best AL East pitcher.
