“For the weekend, have we had a guard play as well as Sherron (Collins) since I’ve been here?” Kansas coach Bill Self said in the Kansas City Star. Everyone already knew the answer. But that didn’t stop Self from answering. Collins, the Jayhawks’ point guard, had 57 points, 10 assists and two turnovers in the opening two NCAA Tournament games. Self said Collins is the best college guard he has coached, and that includes Deron Williams and Dee Brown from Illinois and Mario Chalmers and Keith Langford at Kansas.

Yeah, Self hates Collins. Never compliments him at all.
