TBL Godfather, as far as how you phrased your questions this is the best interview ever. Goodell was the best subject. Anyway, I am only impressed with Gonzalez given that he does indeed stand out from the douchebag Philly crowd a la Mike Misanelli and Jody Mack, the former for which of course a few local douchebags of mine weighed in positively here.
However, the following comments expose him as the arrogant typical East Coast prick:

You can toss out LA. The weather is too good on the Left Coast for anyone to care about anything out there.

Whether you’re reporting or pontificating or blogging or tweeting, you’d better be interesting. If you’re not, how you deliver your stuff (and what you’re delivering) won’t matter because no one will read it.

Can’t blame Gonzalez for putting his career first, but most “journalists” who too often are whoring for their “peeps” will miss the big scoop and cover-up and all to often NO one reports on “what the public has a right to know” until the likes of our TBL Godfather came along online with his classified mission army.

My biggest memory of Shawn Bradley is when he ran into Charles Barkley during a game. Bradley was driving the lane and went to lay up a shot, but went knee first into Barkley’s hip. Barkley actually had to leave the game because Bradley’s bony ass knee cut Barkley through his uniform. Don’t remember if he needed stitches or not, but I remember being blown away that a knee on any human being could cause a laceration on another.

True, but he didn’t say LA has nice weather, he said the Left Coast has too good weather for anyone to care. Guess I’m a little too sensitive. I did enjoy the interview and he seems to do good work. Just a pet peeve.

Perfect example of the “east coast bias” us west coasters talk about. It’s nice in LA and Arizona and that’s about it. Northern California up through Washington has shitty ass weather, but most east coast media folks act as if LA is the only city on the left coast.

It would be like saying east coasters don’t care about sports because there is such nice weather in Florida.

Overall that was a nice read and a good get. He seems like a cool dude.
