Great review by Duffy despite the homering, as after all he is an alumnus. As also an alumnus nemesis I hope that Notre Dame and Michigan will play every year for the rest of my life, as this rivalry has a personal meaning to me as well as it probably does for many alumni of both schools.

Ahhh, I said that way back in 2001 when Zach Mills was playing for PSU as a freshman. He proceeded to be 3-9 his Junior season and 4-7 as a senior. Tate has some moxie, but I’m afraid he’s not all that good.

Just getting back to this post, but that’s why we’re not done recruiting QBs. It’s clear that it’s not Tate’s job for the next 4 years. He’s going to have to deserve that starting spot each and every week.

I agree. Iowa spotted Michigan 7 pts to start the game, didn’t convert in the red zone AND still won the game. Sorry I had meetings all afternoon and missed this one!
