asu was more than a shocker yeah. i just dont think that the media is trying to be like ‘omg duke lost the king is dead!’. clemson really controlled that game, maybe it isnt a complete shock but it was definitely a pretty big upset.

ESPN has a “countdown clock” for when they reveal the brackets. Seriously? They’re counting down when they reveal the bracket AFTER CBS has already revealed it?

any time a top ten team loses to a non ranked team its a shock, get off the cross we need the wood. especially considering the fact that duke has been in seven of the last eight acc finals and as mentioned clemson hasnt been there in forever. you people bitch about how they talk about duke losing? the hate on is not healthy

It’s Duke. Unless they lose to UNC, UCLA, or Kansas, it’s going to be a “shock”, which of course is pure bullshit. But that’s how they’ve been ingrained into the minds of the MSM.

I guess it’s an upset because Clemson hadn’t beaten Duke since 1997. Clemson was the third best team in the ACC, and it wasn’t close after that. Is Tennessee still a #1 seed after losing to Arkansas?
