The player of year debate is absurd since Kevin Love isn’t talked about. If you go through the numbers he’s better then Hansbrough and his team is better then Kansas State. Of course, that would take an in-depth look at the numbers but who would expect a national basketball writer to do that?

That Parmeter story was amazing–so good, that I can’t even read it again now because the situation combined with the story would probably make me sick to my stomach.

Damn, that Parmeter story is going to stick with me for awhile. Heart-wrenching is an understatement. And, maybe made all the more tragic by what followed with the coach and the girl. Kudos to Gary Parrish on an extremely well-written piece.

I dont know what this means, but if you are planning on watching the games online on CBS you should log on right now,,,they have some sort of “line” to wait in and Im number 67543. Thought you would like to know.
