@Nick: you may be right, the 1st season was only 5 episodes long and none of them are classics, but I do like season 2

Merv Griffin was GREAT, but Puerto Rican Day is exactly what I am talking about, one of my least faves (I’d still watch it over most of todays shows, so its all relative)

The Merv Griffin Show was one of the best ever. Although the shrinkage one where they all go to the Hamptons for the weekend is still my fave.

@Onterrio: I disagree. Personally Merv Griffin Show & Puerto Rican Day were two of my faves of all-time.

Go back and watch the first season again. It’s really terrible. (relatively speaking)

I liked Seinfeld a lot, and I still don’t think I’ve ever watched an episode and thought “that isn’t funny” but lets move on! We’re in the golden age of TV right now! We’ve got Lost, the Office, Weeds, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Dexter… I’ve never watched this much TV in my life.

@tommy z: You’re right. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll remember much more… but that just sticks out in my mind because every time I think about it, I just think that there’s no possible way that I can beat Michael’s “that’s what she said” moment. I only deploy “thats what she said” once in a while, but I always make sure it’s a good one… but that just tops anything I’ve ever attempted.
