I agree with the Washington Times, OJ Mayo hasn’t been found guilty of anything yet. None of us have looked at the receipts, and even if we all saw them, it wouldn’t be enough. This is yet another case of an unfair media rush to judgement. Everyone’s reaction is: â€œI knew it. I knew it before you even told me.€ Where there’s smoke there’s fire has replaced innocent until proven guilty.

Completely disagree. By this logic, OJ Simpson is innocent?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I’m of the opinion that if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck – it’s a duck. Guillory has DONE THIS TWICE. Both times he’s been found guilty and the teams (Fresno and USC) paid the price. If you think Mayo is on the up-and-up, that’s fine.

But i’ll side with ‘cheated’ 100 times out of 100. He’s not the only one, either. He just got caught. It’s like when 50 cars are speeding and the cop pulls you out of the pack. Well, the cop got help in the OJ Mayo situation.

Robert: “Innocent until proven guilty” applies to criminal matters. The concept is that we won’t convict someone and send them to jail without proving their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Last I checked, Mayo is not risking jail time for accepting a perfectly legal (outside the NCAA’s twisted “morality”) gift. Speculation as to whether or not he did it is way, way outside the bounds of “innocent until proven guilty.”
