cooper was fired for not beating UM and losing his bowl games…which seems very similar to the reasons why llllloyd was canned (sorry resigned) at UM. the situations are identical.

it wasnt like he had won all these bowl games and had a record of beating mich and had a bad yr and was run out of columbus.

In the grand scheme of things we have accomplished the same thing zero natinal championships, which is what it is all about in the new guard.

except for OSU’s national championship a few yrs back…now RR will do good things at UM i just think it is unrealistic for you to think that he (or any coach) will be able to turn it around so fast, especially when his style of play is so much different that the past regime.

I hate this argument, I really do. I just can’t stand with my hand down my pants and read all this UM bashing. Don’t put us on the same level as MSU or Iowa because we both know UM is better than that. Hell we used to own osu just like they have owned us the past few years. It happens, but when we owned you guys we didn’t say “Oh hell they’re just like Penn State hurrr hurrrr haw!” because that would be false. osu is a force and it is fun, but it will all come crashing down and you yokles will eventually run tress-stache out of town because it is what you do. Don’t say that UM isn’t a destination anymore. If UM isnt a destination then neither is osu. In the grand scheme of things we have accomplished the same thing zero natinal championships, which is what it is all about in the new guard. Fuck a Big Ten championship, we want the top of the mountain.

ark not saying they fell off the map at all, playing @ Camp Randall is a scary ass place to play, especially @ night (where osu is playin this season, the other game besides USC worries me)

i guess it was just a statement that the b10 needs more than osu and um at the top and teams like um and msu should be able to step up

@mmonast. I’m a little confused about when Wisconsin fell off the map in the B10. Sure they haven’t been in the Rose Bowl since 2001, but New Years bowls the past 4 years isn’t too shabby.
