CRM, just got back from Get Smart. Disappointed. Too much slap-stick/little kid humor. Plot was weak, too many things left unexplained. And only good preview was for Batman, which I’ve seen 500 times (though the 501st leaves me just as excited)

@TBL, how was Wanted since you seemed to have liked Hancock.

You’re right about the NASCAR allegations TBL. I’m surprised it hasn’t gotten it’s own post. If there is one thing NASCAR should fear, it’s that Mauricia Grant is a credible witness. Her pain is difficult to hear — hard not to empathize with her.

I expect NASCAR to settle this lawsuit and admit no wrong doing. Disappointing and predictable to be sure, but that’s the way these things usually end.

Will NASCAR use this opportunity to change their culture? They’re trying to do it now — with mixed results — and it’s upsetting their long-time fans. From Brian France’s previous statements, I’m not sure they’re willing to change their behavior. I hope I’m wrong.
