If I pay 6% on 80,000 I pay 4,800, but if you make 10 million a year and you have a cap at 250,000 then you only pay 250,000 instead of 600,000 like you are supposed to. That is a deficit and an error in law making, but hell, the rich make all the rules anyway so who gives a fuck if I am playing for something my entire life that I will never see. People have been complaining about the tax redistribution for years, and who's gotten poor from it? Which millionaires are no longer millionaires? (Besides Sprewell).
