No, it would be stupid to think we know more than the people who have actually played with those players and know them as people.

But CBH, what about the thought that Schilling is a player, so he’s going to be partial to them? You spend 5 years (or whatever) in a locker room with somebody, you’re probably not going to dog them, even when they are hitting like shit, as Varitek is.
