I’m not going to say that I endorse this rumor, but somebody else could argue that he lost on purpose to give him more credibility as a fighter. Or give his quest to become a real fighter more legitimacy. A loss to this guy, who’s a legit fighter, will do a lot more to that effect than a win over Shamrock (the one without braces) would have.
