He said he wasn't actually serious about the cumming part, and that originally the producers planned for Lou Ferrigno (the 1970's Incredible Hulk) to be portrayed as a villain and as Arnold's rival. When they started shooting, everyone realized that Ferrigno was a really nice guy with a great story, so Arnold made himself into the villain and started making all those ridiculous statements. Arnold also said something along the lines of: "Of course I was smoking weed in the movie. It was the 70's. Everyone did." Good stuff.
