Reminder: Bowl Games Begin Soon, Take 30 Seconds Out of Your Day and Make Your Picks
College Football December 16th. 2008, 1:15pm
The wholly uninteresting bowl season begins Saturday with four games. Neither of the games is 1/10 as interesting as Gonzaga-Connecticut, a college hoops regular season game that will feature the return of forward Stanley Robinson, who worked at a factory for the last five months in an effort to “grow up.” (Tickets are steep.)
Join our bowl game pick’em. Winner gets a $100 i-tunes gift card. Was this a cheap opportunity to post this photo of a Sooners cheerleader? Certainly. Now make your picks.
(Actually, there are five college hoops games Saturday featuring ranked teams. Anyone else wish these games were playing during the week? The two weeks prior to X-Mas are reserved for Christmas parties, so we may have to follow the games on our darn phone. We’ll be pissed when Curry hangs 44 on Purdue.)

yet another reason living on the west coast rules. All those games will be done by 530 at the latest and plenty of time to get ready and go out..
